Sarah Cole – Company Director
Sarah is an established production and site manager, trading as SC Productions Ltd and working in theatre and outdoor events. She has spent much of her theatre career working in Wales whilst her event work is on a National basis.
During her time off Sarah sets off round the world in search of penguins.

Originally from the Mountains of North Wales Ruth moved to Cardiff in 2007 to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in Stage Management. She worked freelance for SC Productions Ltd and other Event/Theatre companies for three years and took on a full time position with SC Productions Ltd in January 2010.
Ruth enjoys music, horse riding, running, friends, family, singing and smiling : )
Ange John – Site Assistant

Originally from Swansea, Ange has spent the last three years in Cardiff studying for her degree in Stage Management from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. This is Ange’s first professional experience of events outside of College, and although relativity new to the event scene, Ange is enthusiastic about getting stuck in working with the rest of the team on the exciting and diverse projects that SC Productions produce.
Alice Hogg – Artist Liaison Co-ordinator

Now a Graduate in Event Management, Alice has spent the last few years in Manchester studying the exciting world of live events. Her final year dissertation investigated approaches to environmental issues at major music festivals. She has worked many events over her time as a student and this is her second year on the SC Productions team. After the summer of festivals she intends to dust off her backpack and use the Winter to explore!
Alice loves laughing with friends, music, summer time, road trips and spontaneity.
Kerrie Avery – Artist Liaison Manager

Kerrie has worked as Artist Liaison for SC Productions for the last two years at Bestival, Camp Bestival and Creamfields. She is an enthusiastic follower of the live and new music scene and has been going to gigs, music and arts festivals across Europe for over 15 years.
She returned to the UK in April 2010 after working as a Chef in the south of France. Prior to that, she worked as part of an architecture practise as a Town Planner.
Kerrie likes the sunshine, skiing, cooking, photography and surprises.
Rachel Hill – Artist Liaison Co-ordinator
A Yorkshire lass who has vast experience in Venue Management and Artist Liaison.
There are not many bands out there which have not experienced Rachel’s friendly and effective meet and greet over the years. Rachel is now repping with National and Regional Promoters and Festivals. She is also working as Artist Liaison Co-ordinator with SC Productions Ltd on our summer Festival.
Lucy – Artist Liaison Co-ordinator

After completing a degree in Film and TV, Lucy worked in London for three years as head booker for a Dance Agency.
Although Lucy enjoyed the job she soon realised that her passion lay in live events and therefore decided to move back to her home town in Cornwall to pursue a career in the music industry . Whilst enjoying life by the sea Lucy now works freelance as a Production and Artist Liaison Coordinator.
When she’s not working hard Lucy loves travelling (favourite place so far is Sri Lanka), BBQ’s on the beach, wakeboarding, finding random parties and cooking for friends.
Allie John – Administration Co-ordinator

Originally from Swansea, Alison studied English and Drama at Aberystwyth University and then went on to study Drama at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. Since then she has worked within the theatre industry as a performer, teacher and organiser. During recent years she has remained within the arts and event industry, working for Roland as Marketing and Artist Liaison Officer, Chapter Arts Centre as PA to the Director and was Administrator for RWCMD’s events company. She is also Director of a social design company based in Cardiff called Ark Lab Design Limited who create and organise business and community events.
Alison is a bit of a book worm and loves reading novels and is hoping someone will buy her a Kindle for Christmas. She also enjoys drinking tea, eating Pom – Bear crisps, dancing and has recently started climbing.
Donna Reeves – Artist Liaison Manager
Originally from Swansea, Donna moved to Cardiff in 1998 to study for her stage management degree at the Welsh College of Music and Drama. She has since travelled all over the UK (and a few places in Europe) working as a freelance stage manager and project manager on a wide variety of theatre productions and outdoor events. Donna has worked on the John Peel Stage (formally the new bands tent) for Glastonbury Festival for the past 10 years where she now leads the Artist Liaison Team.
This is Donna’s first year with SC Productions and she’s looking forward to a summer of sunshine, music and smiles
